November 2015 – In the company of the delightful Russian soprano and opera singer, Yulia Petrachuk at Merkin Hall, New York City. Yulia gave an impressive recital featuring cycles of melodies and songs by Tavener and Rachmaninoff, as well as Dubois’ two song cycles “Détours de l’amour” Op. 21, and “Yulia” Op. 45 for soprano and string quartet.
April 2015 - The young opera singer, Jacquelyn Wagner, in Paris with her cousin, the composer, the day before her opening night in the role of Pamina in Mozart's Magic Flute at Opera Bastille. She received glowing press reviews for her performance. A year earlier, she had recorded in Berlin Emmanuel's melody in trio "Come Ye Who Love" Op. 43a, with her father Corbin Wagner, horn, and Till Hass, piano. Many thanks to all three! What an honor for this composer!
